Dear NWP centers:
Sentinel-6 recently made a flight software update to enable tracking occultations of Galileo satellites. Starting Tuesday, May 13, 2025, the BUFR products of Galileo occultations processed in near-real-time will be released on GTS on or around 16:00 UTC, depending on the timing of the telemetry downlinks. Please let us know if you have any questions or encounter any issues with the new Galileo data.
